To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnoTrends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ChikaPay chatbot.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ChikaPay chatbot after changes take effect means you agree to the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ChikaPay chatbot for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
