Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your data from our services, including your chatbot interactions, account details, and transaction history, please follow the steps below:

• Send an email request to isupport@innotrends.org with the subject: Data Deletion Request.
• Include the following details in your email:
  • Your full name
  • Your Facebook Messenger ID or registered email
  • Brief description of the data you want deleted
• We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Note: Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.
